Media-convert is a free online service which allows you to convert your media from one format to another. I just tried converting .3gp from my Nokia phone to .mpg/.avi format and within a few seconds my file was ready to be download. You don't need any software and there's no registration process to be followed, just upload your file and specify the input and output formats and you are done.
